• Animal comfort is our top priority. Interactions, including feeding, are subject to flamingo participation and are not guaranteed. Guests are not permitted to touch the flamingos.
• Weather: Experience occurs rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the experience may be canceled or rescheduled.
• Age Limitation: Guests must be at least 5 years of age to participate. Guests ages 5-12 must be accompanied by a paid, participating adult.
• Allergies: This experience is not recommended for guests allergic to shellfish or feathers.
• Activity Level & Terrain: Guests must be able to walk 15 feet on uneven surfaces like sod and sand to a chair where they will remain seated for the experience. There is no access for service animals in the flamingo habitat area.
• Sunken Gardens reserves the right to re-route or cancel any experience due to animal health or safety concerns.
• All guests must sign a waiver before the experience. Guests ages 5-17 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

• Tickets must be purchased in person at Sunken Gardens’ admissions desk on the day of the experience. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets cannot be purchased in advance and are not available online.
• Admission is required and sold separately.
• One session is offered each day with a maximum total of 4 guests.
• Ticket sales end by 11:15 am Mondays-Saturdays & 1:15 pm on Sundays

• Closed toed shoes, sun protection such as hats & sunscreen, and reusable water bottles are recommended.
